For the past five years, the agency has operated the Center City Home Ownership Center a one stop shop for first-time homebuyers which offers US Department of Housing and Urban Development Approved Housing Counseling Services to anyone needing assistance. The partnership with HUD has paid off as Center City is now recognized as the only HUD Approved and HUD funded Housing Counseling Agency in Niagara County. In addition to coordinating Center City Grant and Loan Programs with qualifying home buyers, the Home Ownership Center offers:
