Center City Neighborhood Development Corporation as the only HUD Approved Housing Counseling  Agency in Niagara County offers a quality 18 hour first-time homebuyer education series for anyone interested in purchasing a home.

The program was developed to empower first-time homebuyers with the knowledge needed to maneuver through the purchase process.

Our Series is divided into three Cluster which consist of three-2 hour workshops.
