One-on-One Counseling Sessions are available for clients in need of assistance in any of the following areas:

    *Budget/Credit Counseling - Credit reports are available (call for details)

    *Foreclosure Prevention Counseling

    *Delinquency Counseling

    *First-time Homebuyer Assistance

One-on-One sessions are conducted with a Center City HUD Certified Housing Counselor in a private setting.
